Hey dsdw40 - did you put the fender guard on yourself or did it come like that? It looks great and you usually only see it on the turbos- I need to photoshop mine and see what it would look like-

the po or his po must have put them on. i like'em too. i think they accentuate the quarter panel curves on the narrow body

Turn 10 at Summit Point. First test with the Targa body brace. I liked it. I think it did stiffen the body up a bit. BTW...what's missing from my car?

How about TWDP (Targa World Domination Plot)? 16 or so pages and I finally found this thread.

This was my family shot for ages ... my son is in the back seat when he was about four months old. He's now a PFC US Marine in North Carolina training as a crew chief for medium lift helicopters. Time marches on (and the Carrera is beginning a major refurbishment). All our kids loved riding in it - we made lots of great memories driving her. Now our youngest will get her own thrills when the Carrera hits the road again next year!

Thought I'd add some targa resurrection photos. I bought this car a while back and drove it before deciding that it deserved this. The rockers were not good, and the rear seat pans were gone. But these issues have all been addressed now and here it is in white primer; I'm going back with the original light ivory.
