Where did you run your oil line after installing headers?
I got mine on today, I fired it up with no muffler, sounds great (dog didn't care for it though). My dilemna is running the new oil line. I can tuck it up in the crook of the tranny behind the shifter mechanism, or run it just below same. If I tuck it up, it approaches a kink, but I'd say the line would still pass enough oil...maybe. If I run it down to keep the kink away, clearance COULD me an issue. Where did you put yours?

Will the early hard line (U-shaped) retrofit to your setup? It wraps under the engine, around the gearbox/engine joint line.

That arrangement looks amazing identical to my car when I first aquired my Porsche. The PO had tie-wrapped the line to the clutch arm which looked cheap and ugly. I later removed the entire exhaust system (B&B) because it was incredibly too loud for my (and my neighbor's) taste and replaced it with the factory heat exchangers and muffler. I too am curious on how the braided stainless steel line should be routed and secured underneath the engine so that it looks aesthetically pleasing since I was never able to acheive that objective.

I recently installed B&B headers on my car and found it necessary to backdate my oil line to the pre-1974 style. It clears everything just fine. Did the braided line come with your headers or did you get it from another source?
Here's what my setup looks like: ![]() The line can be purchased from our host for about $69 (C-107-739-10).

Used the pre-74 on my car with the B&B exhaust and it worked beautiful. Also is the same line used when running the SSI system.

I used the early line as the others have mentioned
![]() But to answer your original question. That appears to be the line supplied by B&B w/ for use w/ their headers. Most people run it over the top rather than underneath.

Looks like the pre '74 line is the ticket. Thanks!
