One HUGE critique, and downright failure in my eyes: it's not going to my garage!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Beautiful.
I saw a pre-production one at Precision Motorsports in NJ. They are really beautiful.

Gunner has a ton of original 904 pictures on his site. It's interesting to compare the Beck to the Real Deal.

Like pwd72s says, 6'-3" and fat won't get ya in the car, even if your check book does... What size people fit the 904?

Very nice! The engine would look better with Webers/PMOs...IMHO.

Looks great. Is it 50k turnkey? I am not sold on the upholstery though. Is that an original look? Looks a lot like 70's style velour to me.

Looks great inside and out. The one thing that just doesn't look right, however, are the Fuchs. I think it needs something more along the lines of the 550 wheels, or maybe minilites?

Im looking fprward to seeing jeff becks 904 at hershey again saturday. Very nice rrico! But i agree the seats look a litte funny and it needs webbers and an engine tidying. Also the back and outside is a bit plain. It needs some numbers and maby a stripe

The body lines and the overall effect look terrific, but IMHO, it looks odd for several reasons:
The all-black Fuchs wheels just don't look "right." I guess I just associate the all black wheels with 930's, SC's, and even more with '80s 3.2's. The wide tires with modern tread pattern, along with the "suede look" seats almost make it look a little bit more like a well done "kit car" than a true replica. I'm sorry to use the "kit car" reference in this context, but I couldn't think of a better way of phrasing it. And I certainly agree that the EFI looks strange - this car needs Webers. I admit my view is very slanted. I remain a huge fan of the original car - narrow tires, steel/aluminum wheels and all, and deviations from my youthful memories just don't look as good. Personally I think it looks great. What is the ball park for one of these?
Oh and not that big a deal but I believe Jeff Beck was a guitarist. Chuck Beck is the guy behind these cars. I have met him and sat in his personal car he built long ago. It is a great car IMHO.

OK Rico - you asked for good & bad comments :
I'm afraid I don't like the flared wings, modern engine, 16" Fuchs, wide tyres, carpets, door trims, etc... To my mind the great appeal of the original car is its lightweight minimalist 'no frills' approach with nothing superfluous.

1- lose the velour like material and get the seats done like the originals had- dark blue corduroy centers
2- lose the fuchs, get some steel porsche rims , get them widened. Have the outside rims powder painted "near chrome" to simulate aluminum and the centers silver. They will look like the 906 rims and lend enough character to take your eyes away from the flares 3- the motor? ok, so the injection is super reliable, but as others said here, not very period correct looking. Get a clear glass shroud; it will get amber patina over time, webers and some ITG filters. That will give it the neat early look 4- exhaust- did i see individual rectangular muffs on it? street driven 904's used a muffler that looked very much like the 911R. See if you can get that on it. It will sound better and sure look right 5- paint the gear box dark grey- too much bling nice finish on the car. i drove chuck's prototype (with no belts and set up for a tall driver- can u say flop around the cabin?) very capable (3.6/ R cmpd tires) and definitely stepped up the yearning process for me

Beautiful car. Enjoy it.
IMHO seats would be nicer in black, Fuchs add a definite Porsche look.
