Greetings. I am in Western MA and would love to attend one of your events. Bob (rcaradimos) was kind enough to alert me to this thread. Thanks Bob! I look forward to meeting you all.
Regards, John

All "Breakfast Club" runs will be posted here, If you PM me you email address I will put you on the notification list for all events. We have a great group of guys with a neat assortment of P-Cars, all years, stock to hotrods. I don't think there will be a run in Dec., unless someone else wants to put it together. My wench is having a facelift with a bit of a new look and trying to get most of the work done this month. Hope you can join us in the future. regards, Paul

Shameless commercialism
Hi Folks
I have several parts off an '80SC that I am hot-rodding. Anyone in the mood for a little winter swap meet? I'd prefer local pick-up over shipping which is my only excuse for posting this here. Link to thread with the first few photos... Parts off an '80 SC |

Cuan,
Are you keeping the stock bumpers on it? If not, I may be interested in the rear bumper, as I was thinking of going sans bumper guards next year and may try something of a rear makeover and weight removal project. Let's hook up for lunch one day soon. I would love to hear about the progress on your project. I'm on State St. at Exchange Place. Noel

I don't have the bumpers on the 80 SC unfortunately. When I got the shell they were already gone. At some point I may do RUF bumpers on the 78 SC though and you'd be welcome to those then. I'm around before Christmas so lets try to get together for lunch. I'm at 1 Lincoln Street so we're really close to each other. |

For those of you that went on the P-Town run, and got tickets in Woods Hole. I mailed mine in with a check and complaint. They sent back my check and canceled the ticket. said they valued our business. My faith is restored.

Cuan,
Sounds like a fun project. I'm in Natick and finished a "somewhat" hot-rodded 82 this year, love to see what you have going on as well. -Adam |

That's funny. I sent them a nasty letter too, and sent a copy to the Chamber of Commerce....... haven't heard back yet.

Very strange, I heard all owners of red cars will be required to appear in Wareham District Courthouse due to your letter Jim. Very strange that no longhoods got tickets. Karma is such a strange thing.
Hopefully everyone will get a "get out of Jail Free Pass".

Your Karma Ghia is strange. I forget, does it have 4 or 6 exhaust pipes?

Mark, not to swerve too far off topic, but here are some photo's of the drivetrain of that Curtiss engined Franziss at Lime Rock that we were talking about.

Parking tickets? Well it's a start, looks like I'm dragging you guys over to the dark side.
![]() On the issue of a swap meet, I have a car comming after Christmas that I am semi parting, Its a 72 targa with a full turbo conversion. Fenders, quarters, bumpers and tail will be comming off if anyone is interested. Cuanlee: I also have a set of Ruf bumpers, brand new from Better Bodies that I'm not going to use afterall if your interested. Maybe we could somehow do an online list of local parts for sale or swap. I will be looking for 69-73 fenders and bumpers. Jack. |
