Can I replace my (CIS) airbox without partial engine drop?

I have a stainless CIS airbox w/ built-in pop off valve that I picked up a couple of years ago. Can I replace my airbox without doing a partial engine drop? Anyone have any experience with this?
Thanks

Yes, you most certainly can. I just got done doing it.

It is a bit of a PITA at times, but be patient and you'll get through it fine.

Great, thanks! I didn't want to get half way through only to find out it couldn't be done.

I have done it on my 73.5 but I have to say it is a whole lot easier with the motor down a few inches. The partial engine drop takes about 10 minutes and is well worth the effort.
