The dude I bought it from said I should do a Rennegate Chevy conversion if I want more power for cheap which is what he was gonna do with it but taht sounds like a ton of work. As it is yo sell those wheels to someone with a 89 Caprice & get some Fuchs or better for your budget Cookies (not the kind from Pepperidge farm) you will be better off, Don't forget 'G' the E its a considerably lighter mid engined car, if the compact cars pass you on the straight see which of them can out corner you, your homies ridin' witcha can throw up gang signs, spray on 'I am King' aftershave or flash the Mossburg as you pass. Not doubt Playa gave everyone here a laugh to start with, but instead of getting pissed and leaving the board, he stuck around and modified his writing to make us old farts happy. Now it turns out that due to his inexperience, he got taken on the car. Not like that hasn't ever happened to any of us. That aside, he is sticking around. He has already received some good advice. Might as well see what he can do to at least make it presentable.

targa-cabs have nothing to do with posing. When you go out of your way to make people believe your car is something it's not, such as badging a car as a turbo when it's not) you might be a poser. And yes, I'd say there is an acceptable ratio of dollars spent on horse-power compared to appearance that has to be considered.
To my mind, the car is a bit too flashy considering the pedestrian driveline. Any race that is lost by this car Especially to Minivans and Hondas) reflects poorly on the breed. It certainly fails the Power Mods/Appearance Mods test and the 911S badge needs to come off this second. Otherwise... I spend most of my time putting around in my car on the street anyway. Assuming it's not totaly rotted out, I think 5K Might be close to market value?
