What engine oil do you use and why, not asking which is better, just curious

Curious as to which engine oil everyone uses and why?

Ultimate Motor Oil Thread or Why we hate CJ4/SM oils

Brad Penn 20W-50. Good choice for an SC?

Currently, Valvoline VR1 20w50. But I think I'm going back to the Harley Davidson 20w50. Engine seemed to run cooler and less noisy with less smoke(valve guides need attention)

I have it on a good authority (Ultimate Motor Oil Thread or Why we hate CJ4/SM oils) that we need not waste our good money on fancy oils....
