I know some have had good luck withe the Lindsay P2's on the track, like Jack Olsen but mine lasted only a short time on the track before failing. I really liked them but you have to know the provenance of the donor centers you send him. What makes them fail? Who knows.

I just bought the latest Excellence magazine and it shows a replica fuchs available in 15, 16, and 17 inch. They are being distributed by Accumoto Motorports and are being made by Jongbloed. Does anyone know much about these as I can't find much info. about them other than on the Jongbloed Facebook page which shows they will be sold for $2,000 per set.

Jongbloed makes good wheels. If they can do a reasonably accurate set for 2k I'll buy them for sure.

Their website does not list any of the Fuch look alikes that I can see.

Set of Jongbloed anything for $2000 would be very cheap, my guess is you will never see those happen.. unless they are cast.

The Jongbloed/Accumoto Fuchs are $3900 in a 17" diameter - any width, offset and solid colour.

Now that sounds more like Jongbloed pricing...

That is MORE than the real forged Fuchs cost in the offset for a 964. It takes a spacer 35 mm front and rear to use the 964 17 Forged real deal Fuchs. They are very lightweight. 16.5 lbs front and 17 lbs rear. $3256 plus shipping.

I still have not decided to nut up and spend the big bucks for real forged Fuchs that need spacers or buy some of the heavy knock offs listed in this thread. Nothing will light as my current 15 inch real Fuchs.

Yeah it's unfortunate, it would be great if they could hit the 2.5-3k price point and provide an option between zuffenhaus fuchs and the cast options.

Considering that the application for these wheels is well defined there is an opportunity to reduce cost by offering a 'standard option' (carrera and turbo figment widths and offsets in black) in addition to the current custom solution.

We build ours to order so while they are custom they are also not custom as it's what we do. Offsets are widely variable so will fit narrow body 911 all the way to 996 from 7" to 12" wide. No spacers required either.

And available from Pelican for guilt-free purchasing

What kind of offset is needed to run without spacers on an '88 930?

I am amazed at what most people pay for wheels, and yes my priority may be different than some. After looking at new and used for a couple of years I ran across these Euromeisters .
I know they are heavier than some and they are cast and not forged but I am not going racing. I paid 633 shipped for a set of 4. Made this poor boy happy!

Yes, GAVINC69 on this forum uses them (The Image wheels, not the Fuch style model) on his wide body 911.

Going wide'er
