Cool

Several years ago I read an article about "Panzer Porches". Seems the Porches (911GT1s) were so dominate on the race course that the European Press was calling them Panzers a WWII reference. I own a 911 so...PNZR911. Simple eh?

I also own a 1964 Pontiac GTO, Hence the name Old Goat. Nothing to do with my age

Years ago deep in the Sierra Nevada wilderness, my friend and I came upon 4 backpackers who were low on food and hopelessly lost.

I offered to lead them out. After 6 or 8 hours of very rough terrain, one of the lost hikers asked my friend "Are you sure he can get us out of here?" My friend replied, "Oh, he will definitely get us out of here, but it's kind of like following Moses, it might take 40 years."

Anyway, the name stuck.

Corvette vs. testosterone fueled Escort? No contest. Put your money on the Ford.

Ok..back on topic.

I always loved Bob and Doug McKenzie's act with the Beer Hunter. Then, while I was in the Air Force and passed through Frankfurt a few times, I discovered 'real' beer. Hence "BierHunter"

I love German bier.

Mine has two meanings,
Number 1: A condition of rage brought on by an automobile that I sometimes do not understand.
Number 2: A little problem one may experience by lifting off the throttle in a hard corner in a car that I sometimes do not understand.

I used to use my email address for my ebay account. Ebay gave me short notice to change that and I had to come up with something my wife could remember.

We have a had a cabin at "Lake Cle Elum" for 20+ years and now I'm building a retirement home in the same area. I use this name for Ebay and all forums....Lake Cle Elum (Klee Ell-umm) is 80 miles east of Seattle on the east side of the Cascade Mountains...God's country....

Nickname from college due to my single minded pursuit of the opposite sex. Never could shake the name so I kept it.

Called a friend one day about 15 yr ago. When his wife, who answered, told my friend who it was on the line, she said "Paul Porsche".

owned/built/drove 944s and 951s in North Carolina. Thought Redneck (not me) + Neckarsulm was funny. Most Porsche types don't get it though.

Is it possible to change user name here?

This is the first forum I ever registered to use and I was too stupid to realize I didn't necessarily have to use my real name.
