Arrow Modified Seat Rail Adaptors

Seats are now .25” lower, doesn’t seem like much but it feels better.

Before: The adaptor was on top which and seats are a bit high: also you can see on the front passenger seat I added a .5” spacer to tilt the seats back a bit.

After: The seat adaptor is now under the stock mount, the adaptor and seat rail sandwich the stock mount. I could of just used some nuts on the low side but this way is sturdier and make use of the captive nuts so they aren’t rattling around.

Installed a toggle switch to the AEM gauge.
Replaced the Master Brake Cylinder and bled the brakes.

Solved my rear suspension "clunk" and went for a lovely drive. Once I got home, proceeded to change the oil and install my new sump plate cover. It was a good day.....

Continued my A/C resurrection. Last weekend I replaced the evaporator and the thermostat switch. Also installed the upgraded relay and the inline fuse for the front condenser motor. Gonna run new hoses then install the new front and rear condensers today/this weekend. Taking it to the shop Tuesday for them to install the compressor then charge it. Hopefully I don't screw up anything.

Old evap was toast...

As was the old hose. Griffith's provided a nice replacement.

The area underneath the evaporator wasn't too bad. No rust or mice thank goodness

I put a new knob on my Wevo shifter.
This one is Wine stained oak and the lighter stuff is Balsa wood. It's bonded to Brass.

I have this coupler as well. However, the bushings are worn. Any idea if they’re still available?

Also, I guess I did get something done on the 930. Even though it wasn’t today. Close enough.

I have the same messy task lubing and rebooting the half shafts to do this week. I had to replace one of the inner Loebro joints which are suffering a temporary supply problem (a Loebro issue). Unfortunately on my 86 Cab the outer joint is not readily inspectable/replaceable like on the earlier halfshafts.

Hear me now believe me later.
I am at that point. Can you tell me where it was leaking from?

Not my 911, but helped a friend with his "G-body cup" 911. Rasant Products built 4 liter engine, Motec system, and lots more. Ended the night with a few rips up the street. This thing is a beast..

Got the old AC hoses out and installed the new ones. Had to cut the driver's side hose. What a pain. The passenger side hose was super easy. It goes to the shop Tuesday to charge the system.

Finally reinstalled my strut bar. It was not fun cutting into those very nice carbone mats but guess it was a necessary evil!

Got the car back from the mechanic. AC install was a success and I didn't screw up anything haha. It's colder than a witch's you-know-what today so couldn't really test the AC although it did clear up the foggy windows almost instantly. Maybe I can try it out in March...

wash, clay bar, orbital buff, carnauba wax, cover.

Last night, -5° F outside. I can run this for about 10 minutes an hour, keeps it toasty and not oxygen deprived.

Where do all these scratches and swirls come from?

I have not used an orbital. It takes hours for each section. I used wool pads. Totally a mirror finish. Everything in this picture that is not red is a reflection of things in the background.

It's kind of fun just to stare at it.

That's a wrap.
