Factory Porsche Fuchs wheel caps came in today. These fit the 17" Fikse/Fuchs.

Replacing with Elephant racing center mounted oil cooler. Should have some more pics this week as the last of the parts get here.

ER front mounted oil cooler kit with finned lines, setrab cooler, air deflection panel, new thermostat, high clearance lines, crossover pipe and all install parts showed up today. Well needed as it gets hot here in Florida, especially down at Sebring when your running full out!






Also received the Rothsport lightweight fiberglass lamp buckets, supposedly saves around 6.5 lbs off the rear end. They are very very light. They accept the factory rubber seals and lenses.

Last but not least, Wevo classic shifter with precision shift joint and light weight shift knob. The car should go back together rather quickly now I'm hoping.

Nippy, where did you find these things? ROthsport doesn't list them on their website that I can find. I need a set!

How stout are the FG rear housings since they tend to get blasted by rocks thrown off the tires? Anybody else own these?

Nippy. I see you purchased a new thermostat with the oil lines. Do these go bad? Or is it just preventitive maintenance?

The last time we went through this we couldn't get the lines off the old thermo w/out damaging the thermo. Could have just been that specific car but it was corroded on the lines.. When I purchased everything this time, I bought the whole kit with oil lines and thermo. So figured why we are there I might as well go all the way. If the old one comes off smoothly, I will just put it up for sale as it works just fine.

I have the wevo classic shifter also, and love it. I also have the same center oil cooler and mounting brackets. Very nice solution. Great build. You have me thinking about my sunroof.

yeah, had one on my first track build and I cant imagine driving a 911 without it. Picked up some WEVO motor mounts today as well to further tighten up the shifting.
