Question on Fuchs - Specifically 951 Polished vs Painted

I've been looking for a set of 951 8x16's for a while and prices seem very high due to scarcity. Then I noticed that you can buy brand new for slightly more than the used market. I'd rather pay more for perfect than pay less and then pay for refinishing.

When looking up part numbers in PET, I came across the following: Does anyone understand the difference between the two wheels. My preference is polished/anodized petals (not black).

951 362 117 00
Alloy Wheel
8j x 16
ET 23,3
Forged aluminum alloy
black star

rim flange polished

or

951 362 117 90
Alloy Wheel
8j x 16
ET 23,3
Unvarnished
rim flange polished

Are the lower option just unpainted ie primer - was an option on most Fuchs IIRC. The first option is what you need

Googling around a bit, looks like the second option comes unpainted, while the first option has the standard black pedals/center (which the OP indicates he's not looking for). Either way will require refinishing to get polished pedals with colored center -- If the OP is not planning to complete finishing himself, he should discuss this with the wheel refinisher he'll be using to get these done to see which option would be easiest/cheapest to get where he wants to go - see, e.g. Fuchs wheel all the part numbers and offset
