Fuse panel connections.

The black wire goes to pin # 86 of the
evaporator relay.

Let's start from there.

Please take the time to make a final post with what the problem really was, and how you fixed it. It is always good to see a solution to a problem.

Andy,

Assuming you have an 88 to 89 the wire colors at the primary AC relay in the smugglers box will be

Red to relay from AC fuse #2
Red/White from relay to AC evap blwr switch
Black to ign switch
Yellow to the starter circuit

So if you wanted to bypass the AC relay you'd jumper Red to Red/White

After all that, I aquired some new fuses today and low and behold after replacing fuse 2, everything works, blower, seats, perfect. Thank-you so much for all the clear trouble shooting. I wish i could have got the fuses yesterday, would have saved you all some time.

I've given myself another problem along the way though. I've broken one of the little springs in one of my electric seat switches. So I'm going to have to find an old switch to butcher.

Thanks again.

You did. It was one of the simplest first things suggested.

Thanks again.
