Post your ITB Setup

Hey PeliCANS,

I've been researching ITB set ups for a while on the forums, and while there are GREAT threads here, I noticed there was no single collective thread on everyones set ups. I'd like to get a general idea of what you've done to set it up, so I'll list a few things pertinent to a proper set up and we can go from there. Feel free to add extra info and of course PICTURES! This will be aimed at more of the DIY crowd than people who have systems for sale, but post what you got anyhow.

ITB source: (for example GSXR-600 TB, home-brew, Jenvey, etc.)
ECU : (Megasquirt Version 67, etc.)
Injectors Used: ( Manufacture, flow rate)
Manifold source: ( Stock weber, zenith, home-brew, etc)
Fuel Pump:
Pressure Regulator:
Ignition / Crank trigger:
Rough total cost for a running set up:

Any info you gained that wasn't on the forum.

Thanks Pelicans, hope to see some awesomeness.

- Steve

I compiled parts for GSXR 1300's ITB's, and I'd say I'm $600-800 in.

Already have MegaSquirt II v3.57, twin 044 pumps, stock 3.2 FPR, 80lb Deka injectors, GSF crank trigger system with 36-1 trigger wheel, VR mount, and dizzy block off.

I'm turbo, so I have to build logs atop and appropriate piping from IC.

GSXR-1000 ITB's, VEMS ECU. Have made several sets for 993, 911 3.2, 2.7.

Last iteration is for my 2.4 S with E46 M3 electronic actuator and E46 electronic pedal (to get rid of the long throttle cable). Tested fine on the bench.

Beautiful Marc!

What green is that? it's strikingly similar to the Velvet Green on my 69.

Built on 911E throttles enlarged to 40mm by Eurometrix, 39mm ports. Bells are for 44mm Weber (VW). Stacks are 1/2 thick wall, then tapered to fit.

That's a 356 color "Smyrna Green"

It photographs nicely but the pics just don't do it justice! Wonderful depth and tone.

Here's mine – I'll have to check the details if anyone is interested, but basically it's a Haltech running ITBs with twin plug heads.

It's a ceramic coating. I can't recall what color, it looks like a protective coating with the natural finish. There's a guy here in So Cal that does it.

Thanks, I do fan restorations as well and use Cerakote.

I'm picking up a 2.7 RS longblock this weekend and will need Webers or an EFI/ITB system for it.
