Maybe you just need a little more weight in the front a back, I have some bumpers from a 76 that can add that extra weight and for you I will sell them really cheap.

Mine leans like that too. Reminds me of when I drove tour buses in college. I installed an original (15mm) bar but haven't installed the drop links and U-brackets yet; I'm hoping that even the modest size OEM bar will help a lot.

Not sure if I'm in favor of Sean improving his car. He ran well for his first AX and would be driving against me. Though competition is really what makes me drive harder. Some tweaking of his car's set-up and he would be dangerous!
Watching him, though, I did fear for him scraping his door handles. My recommendations: Heavier springs in the rear, sway bar up front and some softer compound 205/15s. That would be the starting point. He's got springs at home (put them on now!)

The mounting plates are available from the board's host.
DO NOT USE the "no gas tank removal required" kit. It's junk, and your fenders will tear out in months (or maybe years). A stock front sway bar, all on its own, will help. It's also a good match for stock rear springs and for the aftermarket 100 lb/in "almost stock" springs. To control the body roll even more, a larger front bar and stiffer rear springs will work quite well. --DD

I don't have a spare sway bar but I have some old casters we can bolt to your door handles
![]() A stock front sway bar with stock (good) rear springs is a very good combination, an aftermarket adjustable front and 140# springs is a great upgrade. RTFRB ![]() |

AX....MOST run just a front sway bar. No rear unless you have an LSD. Sway bars, t-bars, springs need to be put in with each other....bigger T-bars, you need to adjust the rear springs as well...Big sway-bar up front etc.....
