Porschetub--I read your post, I too am having a window switch issue. This is a intermittent issue. Sometimes it works, sometimes it does'nt.
I removed the switches from the driver side door panel, and tested the voltage on both switch connectors, I had 11.3 volts. But the passenger side window will not move up or down, using the drivers side switch.

I removed the passenger side switch from the door panel, and tested for voltage, there was none.
I jiggled the wire loom that runs from the door to the door jam. Still no voltage.
Any idea's?

Check your door switches half way up the from the door hinges, you may have a poor earth there or the relay , mine our fine now after doing that.
My switches have always been ok.
Is your battery good and have you tried the tests with the engine running?
Get back to me,cheers.
