RD, what brand of tires? They look like the Heidenau K60's on my F650GS.

i was thinking about getting an Ipad... i use my iphone to check my email as much as my laptop now, and I was thinking about just dropping the laptop fpr a pad.

but i just spent this years computer money on a pumkin.

Now i just have to hope the laptop dont die.

And I confess, I'm an iPad addict. On it right now. It has brought my work productivity to about 25%. Not down 25%.

Brian-

Rob beat me too it be I like the fall shot. Didn't know that really happened in your area.

Had the use of an iPad for a few months, I did really like it but I went by the Apple shop the other day and tried an Mac Air. Real keyboard is nice and not much bigger or more $$ than the G3 iPad. Wish I could borrow one for a few month to compare.

Compared to the iPad? The Air has more poop and is only slightly bigger. Having a real keyboard and tabbed browsing with Flashplayer would all be a plus for me. The Air is about $160 more than the G3 capable iPad I was using. I like the small size of both for traveling and the iPad was great for showing photos.

I would like to be able to use one for awhile before buying.

No not comparing to an Ipad... an Ipad is a toy... The air is a laptop... and I would rather use the macbook or macbook pro

You lost me on that one, Jeff.

Aerobatics in a F-16 or a Citabria. Which is more fun?

I guess it depends on whether you want to snap roll and spin it or just pull 9G's "in plane".
