I think that will only apply to those entering legally...not the millions from around the world pouring across the southern border. I am also worried about the lack of screening for other diseases which are not common in this country as well...not to mention potential terrorists/criminals.

This may have been said previously, but if one refuses to get vaccinated, then perhaps insurance companies should deny all payment for any directly related medical treatments expenses.

That probably won't work because IMHO people who refuse the vaccination believe they won't get sick from it and are willing to "roll the dice".

Perhaps insurance companies can add a surcharge to the insurance premiums of the unvaccinated, a premium that cannot be legally be paid by one's employer or government-sponsored health care plan (e.g. Medicare) so it would have to come directly out of the individuals pocket.

They are, after all, increasing their risk factors and insurance companies charge more to smokers, right?

I also wonder if it is possible that vaccinated immunocompromised people (say those with MS, RA, lung cancer survivor, etc.) have grounds for a lawsuit against no-mask state laws and in a broader sense the voluntarily unvaccinated.
