We are going to have some pretty rough weather from about 3am to 7am here in Opelika. Tornado warnings popping up in Alabama as I type this.

Our area is having weather in the 80s & 90s for the foreseeable future. I don't remember anything like it. We won't be running the HVAC during this time. I'm hoping it's not a prediction for a super hot & dry summer season.

3-6" of rain today and tomorrow. Flooding and landslides. Lowest snowpack in history this winter. Not normal.

Winter is making a comeback here in NWNJ. However, this is typical weather for us here in March. In like a lion...

We had 82 on Monday, then a cold front rolled through Monday night and we had some pretty good storms and several inches of rain, which was much needed. Other parts of the state had some big hail, so the usual for March in Kansas. Tuesday it was way down in the 40s, but we will be back into the 60s and 70s by the weekend. Then a hard freeze on Sunday night that will probably kill everything that’s starting to bud, and then up to the 90s next week. Crazy roller coaster weather.

Our power never goes out but it did with this storm, went out sometime in the 3am hour and was finally back on around 11am. All good.

Blizzard of the century, of the decade, of the year, of the month coming to the upper midwest this weekend. All sorts of scary colored computer generated maps all over X for the past couple of days.
