And a kick-azz stereo, I'm sure!

ALL the essentials!

Opps! How can I forget the stereo? Me thinks that was the first consideration above all other mods. The old school AM radio was ok, but had to add the cassette player and speakers. I never went with the 8-track.

Today, I would almost consider this '69 Dodge Camper van:

An old picture from a long time ago.

Me and my buddy and his dog. My bud is wearing a nice pink Jerry Jeff Walker Tee shirt. We were big fans then.

This guy was a bouncer in a Fredericton N.B. bar. The good kind of bouncer, he could talk the drunks out of a bar and they never noticed till they were on the sidewalk. He's about 6 2", nicest guy you could ever meet. Never threw a punch.

I'm the little 5 ' 2" troublemaker at the wheel, (the kind bouncers don't like). The dog was dumb as dirt, but we loved him. I don't know who took the picture.

We're still fast friends to this day and always will be.

The boat was mine, "The Blue Monday" and it tried to kill several times. I won.

I must be standing on the beer case.

For something different, how about a little Manhattan Project history? This little shop in Santa Fe has a small plaque on the back wall memorializing 109 East Place - the only public face of the Manhattan Project at Los Alamos.

Wow - that's quite a place! I was right there in 2019 but didn't know to look for that.

That, sir, is a stunning photograph.

North of Santa Fe at Santuario de Chimayo

Mi hermosa esposa

Santa Fe Proper and the statue of French Archbishop Lamy and the cathedral he built in SF.

The original bell, cast in Spain in 1356(!) that made its way to Mexico and then north up the important trail that made Santa Fe what it is.

Even the B&B's there are special. What a place!

We were there in July of 2019! I remember this place really well! My son is a Scientist at Los Alamos so I paid particular attention to the marker! Sante Fe is really a cool little town! Cant wait to go back!
