Got the "shared custody" Triumph out for some exercise, no choke so she is cold blooded. Started first kick, died, started 2nd kick, died... after a couple more rounds she will stay running. After fully warmed it runs great, popping and crackling on deceleration, pulling like more than 650cc's otter. Handles great, stops OK- I still need to fine tune the conical hub brake shoes for a larger contact area

One of my favorite loops vie Ebike is around the local airport. Never know what is going to roll out of a hanger. Little over 7 miles RT, mixed dirt, gravel and pavement. My best time non Ebike was 37 minutes door to door. I did it in just under 30 minutes with the new Trek E assist. Dang thats fun!
Work out as hard as you like, cover more ground

I quickly went from street tires to some with more appropriate treads for my type of riding, I did put on an expensive and worthwhile seat post. It needs front shocks.
Next mod.

Cherry Tomatoes are bursting with flavor, love this time of year when corn is ripe too. Feeling like fall in the PNW last couple days.

^that looks fun for an extended "test" drive^

Walks round the hood are starting to change

Wife and I were out and about, decided to go walk the Everett waterfront. The city and developers have/are pouring lots-O-cash into apartments, condos, restaurants and classed up the marina- put in about 2 miles of walkway snaking around the shoreline.

The area was initially home to saw mills, shingle mills and supporting industries. I remember it as very shabby with a great boat ramp, Bayside Marine and a few industrial supply businesses that you only visited rarely. Now a thriving community and tax generator.

There was a big fishing derby going on with lots of salmon running up the mighty Snohomish river, Bayside Marine had one of their storage buildings open and set up to show the Seahawks game with a couple food trucks to feed the masses

A beautiful old Weyerhaeuser head shed building out on the waterfront is now a whisky/coffee bar, lounge and hangout. The old vault is now booze storage. (I have a feeling that's not the first time)

On a scale of one to ten, how good are you at cutting shakes?

Local harbor seal was showing off it's catch, and ripping it into nice bite size chunks while we watched, apparently the scum of bilge water and oil drips are the perfect seasoning
