I've got the caffeine IV drip going. I'll need to keep it in until at least 10AM, maybe 11. Dr.'s orders.

Thanks for the offer. I have been playing with computers since my 4.77 MhZ PC running DOS 2.1. I still have those 5.25 inch floppy install disks.

It is amazing how fast we can spend money. We bought 10 gran worth of film and processing last month for one job. It is a real big job and when we get paid for it we need to rat hole away 35K just for the next engine on the airplane. It will be TBO by the end of next year if not sooner. Our engines are always in top shape but no mechanic will sign the log book on an engine past what the FAA mandates is a worn out engine. 35K or so later and we are back in the air.

I will for sure keep you in mind if we get the go ahead for new computers. In the mean time I will just watch the hourglass icon

Good Friday morning guys.

Tweezer, I have a surfing photo for you. At least I think there is a wave in the photo somewhere.

This chick could hurt a guy.

Last night I finished round one of many little projects I am doing to the 911 to get ready for the Utah trip. The fender to cooler air seal on the oil cooler and short hoses I did earlier in the week. Last night was one of the messiest jobs I have done in a while. I changed the transmission oil. Getting the car up in the air with all four tires off the ground and the car level and high enough for me to get under the transmission is a pain. Draining the oil is easy enough. Filling it back up is messy. I have a little pump that is designed for a gallon container. Of course the Kendall transmission oil comes in quarts.

By the time the transmission was full the catch pan had a lot of oil in it. It is not a difficult job but messy. And of course gear oil stinks! The Kendall smells 10 times better than the blue Swepco I used to use.

That is done. Tonight I will do a quick clean up of the car to get ready for the Hooters car show tomorrow. Sid, it is a shame you are going to miss it. I was going to buy you a beer and your lunch, but since you are not here I will have to eat & drink it myself.

YEA!

Friday afternoon and I am home with a cold beer.

Hooters Car show tomorrow, autocross on Sunday. Glen gets a play weekend.

I know I will have to slip in some lawn mowing on Saturday after the car show. I feel sure the wife will have some honey doos for me. She usually does.

We went to dinner as usual on Friday. Mrs Carrera has had a tough week at work. I knew she was wanting prime rib. In the 20 years we have been married she has never ordered a drink. Tonight she ordered a Margareta.

Richard, what kind of cruel joke is it to use my car in an ad for an event you know I'm out of state for?
