Dave, whats the D800 worth new?

The D800 body is being sold for US$3,000. The D800e is US$3300.

Not really. There is a new squirrel around though, but it seems to be more interested in the bird seed that's not near my garden at the moment. The lettuce finally succumbed to the ninja snails and ninja slugs. I have one small one left and it's been attacked a few times, even with my defense wall (paper cup). I finally had my first strawberry of the season. They were disappearing as well.

hah! this is the first year in quite some time that we are having a proper summer, in utah. unfortunately, it is following a super dry winter, so there are big fires everywhere.

outside of everything being uber dry, i am enjoying the hell out of this summer.

I should not complain. The last two summers were not bad, especially last year. But like you D, we did not get much snow or rain and it looks like it a may get hot these next two months.
