If a pothole can fix you up better than a chiropractor quit going to chiropractors.

Master Stijn is AWOL much like Markus, the man that started the thread. We see G-man on rare occasions. The Europeans don't seem to share with us anymore.

sounds about right.

It would be nice if they would say hello to us on occasion. I guess they don't love us anymore.

Heya

Anyone about? I've had enough of this work crap for the day, but still have 1/2 hour before knock off.

slodave 10-23-2012 10:39 PM

Set the clock forward.

Outback Porsche 10-23-2012 10:47 PM

Hi Dave.

That would just leave me sitting in a hot car (39C today) waiting for my driver :(

Much better to have a bludge on here in the aircon :)

Need to go buy some beer when I get home this arvo. Here are the choices

Buy Beer | Low Prices on Beer > Liquorland

The choice isn't great but I can't decide at the moment

slodave 10-23-2012 10:59 PM

The Peroni, Henninger, and Radeburger are not bad choices.

Outback Porsche 10-23-2012 11:00 PM

Success! Wasted that 1/2hr. Time for that beer hunt :)

Outback Porsche 10-24-2012 12:18 AM

Wow! The outside temp sensor in the car said it was 47C when we got in it

Have tried Radeburger before, I may have a go at one of the other two. Cheers, Dave

slodave 10-24-2012 12:20 AM

Ahh! I see you received our hot weather. :)

Rick V 10-24-2012 01:17 AM

Morning Y'all., He says as he stares at the coffee pot that seems to like to go slow

Outback Porsche 10-24-2012 01:24 AM

Morning Rick

This arrived last week as the old one clapped out

Henninger is the winner Dave :)

More hot weather for the next few days, then 23C or something on the weekend?
That crap will just give me a summer cold! Nature needs to get its 5hite together.

Rick V 10-24-2012 01:29 AM

We are having a week in the upper 70's, then I am sure mother nature is going to remind us we are heading into winter

slodave 10-24-2012 01:31 AM

Morning, Rick.

Enjoy, Jeff.

Morning Dave

Shift knob issues last night. I laid up a new stack of mahogany and maple. When I originally measured the knob I am copying, I came up with certain measurements for each wood. Being the nature of woodworking, I didn't mill the wood to proper specs - a little on the plus side - and the first round came out within tolerance. First knob from the second round and it's 1/16" short. I milled the wood to the exact measurements this time. I mean, metal milling measurements. After measuring, remeasuring and remeasuring again the sample, it turns out each of its layers is different. I sampled the middle... Problem fixed, but damn, :D

Rick V 10-24-2012 01:58 AM

Good thing I am not the type to make a comment about you having trouble with your wood in relation to your balls. :D
