Morning Rick

;) It's a bit bloody hot outside (still 39C) - glad I'm sitting under the split aircon.

Had to fix the evap one for the main house when I got home from work today. Water pissing everywhere. The thread tape on the float valve gave up and filled the reservoir and then the plant room with water.

We are copping some heat here in Melbourne. 36 celsius today, 41 last Friday. In December I raced in a 1 hour cycling race and it was 38. On the ride home it reached 42 (took an hour including 2 drink stops).

Temperature wise this is probably just another day in Alice.

I'd only trade for Jeff's minimum temps. No sense being greedy. ;)

G'day Darren,

I'm originally from down your way (Geelong). We don't usually get the humidity that you get down there. 38+ is pretty uncomfortable for you guys. It's a good thing that those stinking hot days you get usuallyy come with a late cool change.

I was just having a look at your blog - nice work. I like how you say at the start that this is not a restoration. Funny how things work out. ;)

Morning Jim

Morning all. Long weekend. The band got a short notice gig for last Saturday. Turns out that the social media generation can do it right. Two days notice and they drew the bigger crowd. Now its off to deal with liquid diet prep day. Family history in this case sucks.

Good Luck David.

We actually have a decent chance of rain on Wednesday. I will believe it when I see it. I forgot what real rain looks like.

Porsche-poor 01-07-2013 06:52 AM

No luck involved. Just pure torture. Lol.

Sweet. Maybe I can get her to this on another date night. I'd like to see it, but she's not a big fan after KB I and II.

I need more RAM!

It is smoking through a bunch of 1.4 gig files at about 30 files per hour.

GH85Carrera 01-07-2013 02:12 PM

After a few shots of vodka you will not even know you are hungry. Pass out and no hunger pains, no anticipation of the ordeal tomorrow.
