Most likely just a little F0 or F1.

Not even enough to worry about.

I will be just shy of 150,000 miles on my 911 when I get home. I will get there this summer. How many 28 year old cars with the original un-rebuilt engine would you drive 3,000 miles in a week? Only one car for me, fortunately I own it.

Next year is Monterey California. That will be nice and cool.

We will have a 422 mile drive tomorrow to get home.
It was 100 degrees here today. I will be in Monterey next year for sure!

Cool. I hope to meet up with you and a bunch of other pelicans.

I did meet two pelicans yesterday. I will post a photo and details in a new thread. I just need to get home and have some time to do it.

i have good news and bad news. good news first: i don't have gout. my uric acid levels are normal. the bad news is that they don't know what is wrong with my foot. i may have to go to the dr. for some more tests. my sister was just diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis.

personally, i still think it is calcium related. anyway, more vicodin, please....

well good that its not gout,

but you reallly do need to find out what's wrong. i doubt it would be anything like arthritis that would come on so quickly.

Wow D, just when you had started a new job and were enjoying your working life for a change, now to not be well, that sucks. We don't want another Stijner down with "THE FOOT"!!

i think that rheumatoid arthritis can flare up just like this, especially with an injury. that said, i really think it is calcium related. i am going to make some dietary changes, including magnesium supplements and see what happens. if it doesn't clear up quick, i'll be going to and getting a primary care dr. and have some tests done. i haven't been to a primary care dr. in over twelve years...

one odd thing: most of the pain in my foot comes from severe swelling, right now, but it feels like the entire foot is one large cramp.

trust me, i am enjoying my working life. i'd rather be where i am at, foot and all, then having no pain and still working where i was.

I'll post some pics and in car for you D. .

At least it's only miata s and not Porsches... I was giving Todd a hard time about the fact that we brought the miatas over and left the 930s at home.

Oh my! It looks like it will be a little toasty up there for you boys this weekend. Seek shade and stay hydrated. 106F there can be nasty.

When my foot problem was young...

if I had my foot too low in relation to my heart it would swell and the whole foot would hurt.
If just right it would be just pain from the wound areas.
If I had my foot too high it would ache in the bones and halfway up my leg.

It was interesting that I could just lower my foot and the veins would almost immediately pop on my leg. Put it back up and they would almost immediately go back to normal. The swelling and pain pretty much gauged how long I could stay up to fix meals and take care of Mom.

If fixed home made skillet chili Wednesday for lunch. Man it would good to have something cooked at home. Yesterday I did onion burger patty melts on the grill, yum. Mom even ate most of one, the most she has eaten at one time in 2 months.

So grateful to be able to drive the GTS with it's front and rear a/c, the a/c has lost it's charge and gone to barely cool again on the Rover.

Sidney, I know you are going to enjoy the track days despite it being in a Miata. You may want to make some sort of deal with Janet on your 944 and get yourself a track car. Or maybe even find out if the class that 924 will fit in will be fun enough to build it up for. For a while around here all the track junkies were doing RS America 911s. I think they have just about all gone to the GT3 class.
