Not normally but there's a large contingent of Americans living here in the alice. Some streets are chockas with kids and parents.

We lived in one of those streets for a while and I remember coming home late from work one Halloween...wtf! I couldn't even get to my driveway. I had to park out of the street and walk home with all these little monsters running all over the place.

Just had a customer and ask me to FAX her a copy of our company W9. How Analog.

I told her it was available on our web page for download. Then she asked where our web page was. I wanted to say "on the internet" but I gave her the web site address. Google will find us quicker than she can type in the address.

No machining, just assembling, push pins, torquing stuff down and aligning stuff.
Everything to do the job is in the bag in the background except for a vice. The kit even has a great set of vice blocks to hold the receivers safely in the vice.

I would like to see some Anime or TV Serial type programming re-edited/dubbed for subscription viewing aka streaming.

The first annoying thing is if you go watch the series episodes the networks provide on-reman, you get commercials. Typically the same commercial over and over and over. And you can't ff, it's disabled.

The next is having the opening and closing titles and recaps on every episode. Just stream the actual story as one big file with one opening title and end credits per season instead of episode and leaving of the recap content. Having to ff through 8 minutes to get the 15 minutes of new content gets annoying. Also if you miss the preview after the credits you sometimes don't get plot info for the next episode and there isn't preview content on every episode. arrgh. Put it in one big long stream and let me choose when and where to take a break.

I think it is the next evolution of video entertainment and would be well worth investing in. There are a lot of serials out there that were popular with a generation that other generations would enjoy if presented in a more digestible form. Seems like the Vampire vs Werewolf Serials are attempting this a little with their feature movies following the plots and characters of their serial episodes.

Just an armchair observation.

Oh and while I'm on a rant. Isn't it about time the networks revamped the whole idea of 30 second or 1 minute commercials. It has gotten to where the commercial breaks are so long you forget the show you are watching. How about just splashing a logo or ad in the corner of the screen and keeping the content rolling. Or at least offer air time in smaller chunks and limit the non-content air time to say 5 minutes total per half hour. Like the idea of blip verts in the movie Max Headroom.

It's not like Beer, Cars, Insurance, Douche, Phones, or whomever is selling whatever has anything that new to say that watching the same 30 second commercial over and over and over during the same half hour is going to actually sway my purchasing.

And Stop Advertising Prescription Drugs! just makes them cost more to pay for the advertising. Instead use the money spent on advertising to better educate doctors on the application, availability, effectiveness and cost of new drugs. The first MSRA drug that was prescribed for my foot was $2000 for 10 days and a 30 day cycle was recommended. That was my out of pocket after both a pharmacuticl discount and my insurance. The doctor was able to find a targeted drug that worked for only $15 copay for the entire cycle. It worked fine, but there was a 1 week the infection went untreated because I couldn't afford the first drug and the doctor had no idea how much it cost.

Evening Y'all,
Had a strange convo with my Dad this evening. He was at the house, talking to my son when I got home.
I have a feeling something is up. He has been saying for a couple of years now that he is changing the executor of his estate from my sister to me, and swung by to tell me it was in the works. He is also thinking about hanging up his badge after the first of the year. He also made some mention of wanting to borrow the Targa.
It just doesn't sit well, Dad usually likes to have those morbid conversations over lunch.
