We have the Epson 11880 printer. All we ever print on is double weight photogloss. When we print on 60 inch paper it only prints 59.75" of image. Since no one is framing them none of our customers care.

We print everything at maximum resolution 2880x1440. With a good 8X magnifying loupe you can just almost kinda see the dot pattern. It is as close to an old photographic print as possible only better. We can take a print and pour coffee on it and then just hose it off in the sink or hit it with glass cleaner and it looks perfect.

The thing that is different about aerial photos is even with a big ass print the customer may well be looking for very fine detail with a loupe. That is why every frame from the camera is 1.1 gigs.

I still love it when someone orders one section of land and they want a 1"=100' print. Since a mile is 5,280 feet at a scale of 1"100' the mile will be 52.80 inches across. Since we don't want to cut the print right at the section line we show just past the mile so we print 6,000x6,000 feet. They get a print that is 5x5 feet. A rather big happy snap.

Cooked up my very first Pot Roast yesterday.

Made a roué with a little olive oil, carrots, onions, celery, garlic, red bell pepper, and a sprinkling of cayenne pepper.
Rubbed down the Pot Roast with Black and white pepper.
Browned the roast in the roué.
Moved everything to a large pot.
Used a can of Beef Broth to clean the frying pan of all the good bits from the roué and browning the roast, then added it to the big pot.
Chopped Carrots, New Potatos, celery, onions, a couple of cloves of garlic and added to pot.
Brought it all to a boil, put a lid on, then let it simmer on warm for 4 hours.

It is tender, juicy, and delicious!

Evening Y'all.
Well I have a showing for the house sunday afternoon. Seems strange to me that someone would be looking at houses a week before Christmas but it works for me. I am pulling the MLS on sunday as well and will resubmit it on feb 1. New (haha) listing without carrying all those pesky days on the market.

Good luck with the showing, Rick. Maybe soon you'll be able to wash your cars in the winter while just wearing a tshirt. I know I'd like to make a habit of it.

Printing them is easy. Applying is a pain.
