Good Monday morning folks.

Hey Jeff, How is the faux retirement going?

It was a horrible start to the work week here. I came in and there was NO INTERNET!

Pandora would not play and I could not get my Pelican fix.

I had to get the step stool out and restart the cable modem and router. We have them at the top of our computer rack so they are 8 feet in the air. It was exhausting, but that fixed the internet access.

At least the coffe maker was working.

What happened to the sun? Yesterday it was all bright and warm. This morning it's all gray, gloomy, and cold.

And everyone's trash is all out in the street.

There was a big cloud bank to the south as I came into work this morning. Texas is sending up some humidity. It will likely rain another .01 of an inch and get all the cars dirty but not really bring any signifigant rainfall.

Ever notice how humidity makes cold feel colder and hot feel hotter.

Ever notice how ladies undergarments don't make very good headwear, but a tie worn as a headband turns you into a swashbuckler.

Anyone know where has Pilotis on sale right now? I don't want to spend $90 on a pair when it seems like every time I turn around somewhere is clearing them out for $30....

We fly construction site all the time for companies that want progress reports on a site. We flew a new project and all that is there is one port-a-potty in a grass field. I guess they have some work left to do. The second month now and it has two port-a-potties and the grass is gone since they are scraping out the foundation area.

We never know if it is going to be a massive multistory building or a fast food place. It does not matter to us.

I might also tackle a panel or two of vinyl. I went through and wet sanded a few spots where clear coat was starting to lift. I've been told that denatured alcohol is the best way to prep the surface, any tips??
Yup, just wipe it all down and give it a few mins to dry before you try to slap the vinyl down.

Thabks sid. I did the top cover panel and it wasnt bad but not quite as good as I wanted. Chose that panel as it was fairly small. I need to go a lot slower and use a lot more heat gun, but I think I've got the hang of it now.

Well, that helped a little...

Grilled Peanut Butter and Banana sandwich, chocolate pudding, and a big old glass of ice cold whole Milk.

When you get older you call it a fart. When it's obvious you will never catch up everyone just calls you and old fart.
