So here I sit when a realtor shows up to show my house, sounds great doesn't it. Well the listing is by appt ONLY, and I am still without good use of my left arm, yeah not a good time, They rescheduled for next weekend but the kicker is, this wombat works for the listing company. Yeah I have a call into a friend who is a realtor and I am going to offer the listing to her, and fire this bunch.
I didn't offer her the listing because I don't feel she has the ability to separate friend from biz. She is going to have to learn. To say I am a tad miffed is an understatement

Seems like if just sleeping better is the goal, a well placed whack with a sledge hammer would be a lot quicker.

My relator was a gem. Sold our house to first person she brought by, then worked like heck and handgrenades to find us a house that was accessible. We were just looking for something with no step at front door and no super narrow hallways. Surprizing how few there are.

When we sold our other house we did it in a matter of hours. We listed it on a wed and were in this one that weekend, it was all in house and very fast. I'm not in a big rush to sell, it is a want and not a need so it's all good.
I am just miffed at the inconsideration this woman showed Beth and I. There will be heads on a platter for this. I like to joke around and laugh until it comes to biz, then I am all biz, I do not play. Combine that with the fact I am not in a good mood already since I had to cancel my range day since there is no way I can shoot, it will not end well for someone.

I see a lot of dingbats(female) around here. I'm pretty sure the male version is referred to as the "*********"..

Daughter is still sick. Ended up at the pediatrician's this morning. Strep throat and just a hint of the flu. Replenishing her electrolytes is the goal for today. Solid food might be possible by supper.

Wife and I are tired and crabby.

The houses in our neighborhood tend to sell super fast. The house across the street was on the market less than 24 hours. There is one 4 houses down that sold in 2 days. Ours ain't for sale.

Hopefully we'll list our condo in September. I'm looking forward to it being sold.

This area is dead for anything but slums and estates. Anything between 200k and 500k are slow movers. It also doesn't help that the county thinks it is a great idea to allow way too many subdivisions to be built for people who don't live here and they sit.

I think I said that exact string of words the other day when my Dremel tool went crazy during cutting of my oil cooler mount. Ran it right across my wrist. After it happened I thought "that's just frikkin' great, I cut a main artery by accident. I'm going to bleed out under the 911. Wife would eventually find me and assume I had killed myself."
