The Stick

Seen Close Encounters in a big theater. Was on the front row, in the middle. And had the munchies. It was Awesome. Specially when the big ship came over.

Oh goodness. The guys on the 928 rennlist board are discussing the value of my GTS. It is more than the $70K open offers so far.

Quote:
Today is a much better day than 6 years ago today. I get my new hip 6 years ago. It was a few weeks of PAIN and discomfort but 100% worth it all. Likely the dumbest thing I ever did was put off the hip replacement for so long. When every single step is like the pain of large needle stab, it is past time. I just wish this was the 7th year anniversary and I had done it a year earlier and avoided all that limping.

That it is.
I think I need to bleed the clutch master/slave. It has a little too much travel and gets worse when it gets hot. Will pump up though so I don't think (I certainly hope) it isn't a bad master. If it is I will replace it with a remote reservoir unit like the brakes have. At least I can reach the slave from up top to bleed the unit.

Huh?
![]() iBuenos Dias, y'all! Not too warm today (high 70s), and some breeze. I guess I'll squander the beautiful day by working in the garage. The 280Z is becoming my lifetime achievement project.
