All I can get with static IPs at my house is cable and they charge more for static IPs. Have to pay $144/mo for 150/20. And that is like a $50 off deal because I've had cable so long.
Could get Gigabit Cable 1000/35 for $99/mo if I didn't want static IPs to properly run mail servers.

Oh man, got some new HVAC air filters from home depot. All they sell now is honeywell. They gots less than half the pleats as purilator brand. After three months I start sneezing when the HVAC starts blowing with the purilator. Bet these honeywell don't last near as long.
Also have a stand alone room air purifier for smoke, Pepperm cooking, etc. odors. It senses the air and only runs when there is something to filter. It has been running constantly since I replaced the purilator filters with honeywell.

There is a HVAC filter place that will make washable HEPA filters for your unit. They do most common sizes.

I order my HIVAC filters from Amazon, cause they are a weird size and I often have to go to three or four different places to find any. I put a reminder on my calendar to replace them every 3 months. They are not gross in three months, but plenty of dirt colored stuff in the air flow.
I buy cheaper brand of filters, and change them more often than the expensive ones. They are not the super cheap, just mid range filters. I can't see spending big bucks for the expensive ones.

BTDT.
I did the wash and re-use filters. I did not care for them for some reason, it has been too long to remember just what.

My shopper says this is the 4th time today she has been thru the grocery store. Says the store is restocking and people are buying it up as fast as they are restocking.
Freaking hoarders.

There is a good reason I only hang out here with you guys. The place is full of people I can do without and they are slowly oozing over this side of off topic.

We ae in store for a super nice weekend weather wise. I am going to have to go play in the garage and start tinkering on my 911. I change the brake fluid every spring without fail, and it has been 12 years since I replaced the rubber brake hoses, so I will do that as well before I change the brake fluid.
I can always find something that needs attention on a 35 year old car with almost 180,000 miles. All minor stuff. The big project is to remove the driver's side seat and strip the leather off the backrest to get to the dang motor that is up in the headrest. I am not now and never want to be an upholsterer. I will get the seat out, and on a work bench. Then "call a guy" and have him come over to help me get the leather off enough to get to the electrical connections on the motor and hopefully find a bad connection and repair that. It is the motor that adjusts the backrest part of the seat forward or back. I just want it working like it is supposed to like everything else on the car.

The 911 is in the air, wheels off, the really hard to remove clips that hold the rubber hoses in place are removed.
Tomorrow I will get to the drippy messy part and get the hoses replaced, and the new fluid in.

Rescued from page 2!!
We watched the move Quantum of Solace last night. We had watched Casino Royale a couple of nights ago. Of all the actors to play Bond, I really think Daniel Craig is the perfect Bond. Connery of course set the standard and few came close to his "Bondness" but in my mind Craig is brutish and good looking enough to make the perfect Bond. Peirce Brosnan was likely the worst.

Dang I am having fun.
The hoses are changed. Now it is time to eat lunch, and then go remove and replace brake fluid. Of course the old fluid is put in the old can, and eventually to the recycle place, the new stuff goes in the system. In Quantum of Solace there is one scene in particular where Bond is led away in handcuffs and 4 guys get on the elevator to take him into custody. He knocks out all 4 of them, and gets the keys from one of the guards. With everyone looking for him, he just walks away because he is Bond, James Bond. Of course all Hollywood movies ever have the henchmen with glass jaws and they are knocked out with a single punch. The evil really bad guy in charge has to fight the hero in the end, and the battle is epic, and the bad guy dies some horrible death. And the hero can dodge bullets and all bad guys learned to shoot at the Storm Trooper shooting school for the blind and really stupid bad guys.

That picture comes from a web site that tried to explain the different bonds. Says James Bond is a code name and there are several. Also say their is a multi-verse and that would explain some having all kinds of gadgets. Because their times overlap. One even say Craig is Connery's son and the first real Bond is James Mason and he got caught and imprissoned in Alcatraz for stealing secrets. Moneypenny, M, and Q are code names as well, and the place they show him growing up is actually where they were all brainwashed with bonds history and that is why they all think of it as home. They also say he is given superpowers and can't actually read. That's why their are so many pictures in his orders and he does oral reports.

Dominos just sent an email letting you know you can order and have it delivered several places to feed your remote team.
my propane bottle for my grill ran out of gas. Hope there hasn't been a run on that. I would rather cook on my grill. If I can find meat to cook.
