I have that line on OOMA. It has an insane long answer, and has the full instruction on ho to leave a message. If anyone smart enough to use a phone does not know how to leave a message in 2020 that need to be put in the assisted living home. I would love to have it just say, we don't answer the phone, leave a message, and nothing more.

Morning all. A chill is in the air. must be November.

Seems they are reporting a 300 person wedding had started a spike in WA state. Some people need to be shot.

55 and sunny here with a high of 72. I like it!

It looks like we are going to just cancel our PCA regional Christmas party. It likely is for the best.

Both my firm and the wife's have call theirs off. Sucks to be in this position but being out of the hospital is also a good thing.

We made a quick fruit run to Sam's this morning. Very minimal crowd. Except for one lady that had to rush to get in the door just before us, and then went into slow motion. Grabbed her cart and blocked the inner door completely as she used the hand cleaner dispenser and prepared for surgery, with lots of hand rubbing, and then mosied to the lady checking cards. She had to put down her purse and dig in the bottom to find her card. Fortunately it is wide enough there to walk around her and flash my card and start shopping. We have the path down to get our stuff so it is time for them to move everything around once again.

We were are on the cusp of needing more TP. In normal times I would have waited until our next visit and we would be pretty low on a supply. Since the news says stores are running out of paper goods once again we stocked up on TP. I should be able to get it all in the cabinets where it normally goes, but it will be stuffed. It does not go bad from age. We just bough a couple of week earlier than normal. And we bough just one package (case) of it. That is the least one can buy there.

The hoarding will go up like crazy now that the newspaper and TV news is reporting shortages. Back long ago Johnny Carson joked about TP shortage and the shelves were stripped bare in no time.

Sam's had a large stock but that can change in short order. They even had a good stock of Clorox and Clorox wipes. We did not buy any, just some fabric softener we were almost out of.

With Thanksgiving coming up a lot of folks will be stocking up with supplies.

Morning all. Whats sad is that a lot of the stuff people are hoarding will spoil and get tossed.

Yeah, well at least they had it and you didn't. Seems to be a lot of the mentality these days unfortunately.

Anytime the weather forecast has freezing water falling from the sky in any form all the stores sell out of the three whites. Toilet paper, milk and bread. I have surmised snow makes Oklahoman's want to eat French Toast and they all get diarrhea for all the toast. I have to assume they all have chickens at home and a ready supply of eggs.

What would make someone go buy two loaves of bread that will not keep for a month. It truly makes no sense.

The family across the street caught COVID a couple months back. The (adult) daughter had just attended a 300-person wedding.

A couple weeks ago the (adult) son and I were chatting in the street with another neighbor. He brought up how he didn't have COVID, but that his sister, brother-in-law, and father had come down with it. "And we have no idea where they got it from," he proclaimed.

And many have zero common sense. Not even a hint of common sense.

It is 74 degrees here with silly 30 to 35 MPH winds. Skinny people have to carry rocks in the their pockets to walk. I am safe without rocks.

Another freaking perfect weather day here in LA. Does Porsche make a 4-passenger convertible? A 911 is a little bit too small to be stuffing my kids in the back for too much longer.

I don't think Porsche offers a 4 door convertible. You can have the first one. Just take a Panamara to some of the west cost customizers and let them have at it. Better yet take it to Kindig design and he will make you a really cool and well engineered version. All it takes is money!

I got one phone call this morning on the home line that I never answer and my car warranty is still about to expire. It is strange that a company that does car warranties is from my own area code and exchange. Ye, right.

The other call I received was from Microsoft. It seems my computer is sending them messages that my computer has a virus. The stupid computer should be telling me there is a virus and not calling Microsoft. I just hope my computer did not get covid-19 or 20 or covid-0100101001.
