When I was 8 I started watching it. I quickly figured out it was just staged entertainment, and stupid. In those days one guy would just be pounding the second guy. Then all of a sudden the tables were turned and the first guy was getting hammered. Then near the end the roles reversed and the first guy was suddenly the bad ass. It became very predictable. By the time I was 8 1/2 I knew it was pure BS.

Yeeeeeaaaah. Step into a Slim Jim.

Had surgery several years ago that sent me home with an open incision that had to heal from the inside out. Took two months of home care with me on morphine and nurses coming by once a day to check on me and debris the incision.

Was so out of it I couldn't read a sentence out loud without getting distracted or forget what I was doing. I had trouble scrolling from the 10s to the 50s on cable. Would forget what I was watching and change channels during commercial breaks. One time while trying to scroll to change channels I woke up an hour later holding the button down and the channels still scrolling away.

During that time there were only two things on TV that I could watch and keep up with. Wrestling and Jerry Springer! Does that tell you anything about the mental faculties needed to be a fan? I watched as Bill Goldberg went from nothing to undefeated belt wearing champ. He would come out and nothing the other wrestlers did would even phase him. Mostly just make him mad and more focused. It was Hilarious. To defeat him they had to hit him with a stun gun 3 times.

That is also when I started watching Formula 1 racing live. It came on at like 2am. Still will get up and watch it live.

I used to have 'em for my other Porsches. Hagerty wanted me to have 2 DD's in CA plus my 964 in order to cover me. That's nuts. I now have Grundy on the garage queen.

Hagerty is right...Everybody should have at least one set of Double D's. Especially in CA.

A friend of mine got in an accident last night on his way home from work, we are not sure what happened but he put his truck into a tree, it busts into flames and he never made it home.
My neighborhood is going to be very quiet for a while now.

I have Hagerty for Lanna and I am happy with them but I have never had to file any kind of claims.

I have mentioned before but I have American National for my house and cars. The 911 is covered for less than a buck day with agreed value. When I hit the deer in California they offered to tow my car home to Oklahoma for no cost to me. They did not blink at getting it fixed at the body shop I chose.

The problem I am having with it is the no daily drive use. I can't drive it to work unless going to a club type event afterwards. The other issue is that you have to have a daily driver for every person in the house in order to keep them as the ins carrier.

I was never asked any of those issues when I got them. There was the locked garage thing, and nothing more.
I do have antique tags on it and that may have been the difference. Never had them ask millage beyond the initial sign up.

Well like I said, I have antique tags so I am more limited by those than my insurance, I drive her when I want how I want to where I want, screw them all.

For my insurance I have to have a daily driver and so does the wife. And I can drive it to work on occasion. They call it the show it to your buddies. Of if the DD is in the shop I can drive the 911. I am not supposed to drive it to work very often.

I can't drive it to work either but I do, I am after all allowed to drive it to a repair facility.
