My instructor was driving a well prepped 951.......missed apex on turn 8 and went sideways through a dirt patch fast enough to throw a plume of dirt 30ft into the air

You should call it Bessie, cause it's gonna be the size of a cow

Bipolar friend in Austin just got a job as executive director of a new .org to take the Makers co-op thing to third world environments in Africa. Makers co-op is the sharing of design, prototyping, and manufacturing technology and equipment kinda like joining a club or gym but you get to use all the cool new tools like 3D printers and other's are hanging out to help.

I get stuck doing all the artwork for the .org. This stuff gets him manic so he calls me every couple of hours with some new idea. That's not so bad, but he has to tell me this whole back story of the idea. The acronym for the company is AM4A. AM4A sounds like Amphora which is a pottery vase used for shipping in egyptian and roman times. At first it was good enough to just use an urn, then it needs to be steampunked, and now it needs to look like some futuristic updated steampunk thing with a LOT of detail like gauges, displays, keyboards, coils wires, etc. Basically a whole lot of details. Soiunds cool, but way too much detail that doesn't have anything to do with what the .org actually does. Oh, and if this is like any of the other projects like this he's gotten involved with, I probably wont see a dime of what he is promising to pay me.

I'm just too nice.

Jag is bringing back the XJR as well.......550hp, ridiculous luxury, surprisingly nimble handling all for the low low price of 145k
I wonder if they'll take my soul as partial payment?

They say it'll be the fastest 4 door production vehicle....

Got the beer, but I went with spicy Italian sausage smothered in sauerkraut and cheese

Dude, your body and wallet will prefer a 944 with a steel roll cage. One little off like the one above with just two wheels and you can be dead on in the hospital. A 944 is cheap and safe.

I left the track at about 50.......in full leathers with spine protector, the likely worst possible outcome is a broken ankle.

I was able to walk away from a 50mph collision on the street with considerably less than full leathers.

Besides, I already have the bike and 2v ducs are some of the best beginner to intermediate track bikes available

From what I've seen bikes typically don't go off track at only 50mph. Post broken femur in my 20's I am bias against bikes.

This kitten is really sweet. Reach to pet her and she rubs her cheek against your hand.

This morning when I got up I went in to check on her. She was curled up on Mom's bed and Mom was curled up around her.

With the new kitten in the house we are getting a LOT more attention from the Dog.

Not sure I'm ready for a huge cat...this one is 3 years old...His name is rupert and is expected to get even bigger. This is about the size of my females Mom.

I'm thinking I need to toilet train her so I don't have to have litter delivered by the dump truck and maintain a litter box the size of a twin bed with a shovel and wheelbarrow.

Right now the kitten is sleeping under the covers with just her head sticking out and on the pillow snuggled right up next to Mom. When Mom gets up and goes to the bathroom the kitten sits on the bed and meows until Mom comes back.
