We had one of those only he was also a self-righteous bible thumper.
Somehow everything he got involved with failed miserably yet he somehow still got promoted. When he got put in charge of the accounting department within a year everyone in the department was fired and were replaced with people from his church that knew less than he did. He ended up getting fired just 2 months before he was supposed to retire. He tried to mess with me on several occasions. At one point my federal tax withholding some how got changed and ended up owing a huge amount to the IRS. I was able to take care of it by making a mistake on my tax returns which give me 8 months to save up the money so to pay it without any fines. After that I used his incompetence to get into the system to check and change my withholding back to what it was supposed to be. Took several times before it quit getting changed. It's amazing what you can do on an AS400 system if someone doesn't ever change the default security officer password and only use the menu options you give users for file security of what they can and can't get into instead of actual file security.

it is going to implode. i give it three months before her incompetence chernobyls. the problem is that our department is a key part of the revenue cycle department, thus we have the CEO, CFO, etc., along with all the hospital managers and directors in our office business. her brand of idiocy cannot be hidden from those folks. our whole department is going to look like idiots, with her representation.
this one is also a bible thumper. i already told her, two years ago, to not bother me with her jesus 5hit. and that is the phrase i used. in any case, i've decided to sit back and enjoy the show. every time she sends me an email, i reply to it that i am confused about what she is saying, because her emails are incomprehensible stream of consciousness BS (because, you know, i really don't exist, so i should have access to her mental states). i get extreme pleasure from this, especially when she has CC'ed it to a whole bunch of people and then it turns into a 5hit show as she tries over and over to make sense of her own email and i keep saying that i am still confused.

Evening Y'all,
Well there are two jobs you never want to do on a Saab. One is an oilpump on a 900 and the other is a steering rack on a 9000. I did both today. Tomorrow is going to be slack off and kill time day for Rickie.

Isn't slack off and kill time the goal for all the welfare recipients as well.
My brother that passed with MS, George had that attitude (think it was the MS that messed with his logic). He refused to take on any kind of job because for every dollar he made he would lose 50¢ of his disability until it reach a minimum. Tried to show him he could make enough on several jobs I could get him that his pay would amount to much more than his disability, and even counting the loss of the disability wasn't bad per hour. But he still wouldn't have anything to do with it. It would have been nice if he cold have paid for his own wheelchair van instead of me having to own a vehicle I could transport him in and maybe kick in on our wheel chair accessible home and all the other living expenses too. Instead he loaned money to make payments on a car for an ex-girlfriend's daughter and the ex-girlfriend wouldn't even talk to him when he did it. That MS really screws with your brains. My still living brother with MS that runs the company I work for, Tom is having mental problems also. When I told him about my refrigerator makng funny noises and was expecting to have to replace it he claimed he bought it. And when I told him about having to replace the fan in my a/c system he claimed he paid to have that put in too. Funny I specifically remember buying the fridge and a/c system. I'm guessing it has something to do with the guilt of not helping much at all while my other brother and Mom were alive. Maybe since I work for the company he runs he indirectly paid for everything I have eh? Sorry, felt the need to vent a bit.

Well since I replaced the outside fan motor my A/C is now working as it should instead of maintaining weird temps throughout the day. Found it takes about an hour to lower the temp in my house just 1°F. And 2 hours to lower it 2°F. And it was off all afternoon Wednesday and the temps in the house never got above 74°F despite it getting up to 88°F outside. From all that I am thinking doing the temp setback thing is a waste for my house. As the temps would not really rise enough to save any money, and would take such a long time to bring it back down to the set temp would end up costing more than just letting the system maintain one temp.
That is how the A/C is, will have to recheck the temp change times when we switch over to winter heat mode.

Wading through a long day of parts prototyping here at work. My son will be playing tonight in the homecoming football game (he is a Junior and starts on O and D), then on the weekend if it's cool, I have plenty to do to get ready for Fall/Winter.
