Exercise and breakfast are out of the way. I guess we'll do some shopping, including some time at Harbor Freight.

Great Monday morning all. It is a great Monday since no one is at work. I am playing in the garage. I know for 100% certainty that the clutch switch for the 911 cruise control is working. The tempostat is removed and will be shipped to be repaired. It was easy to pull it.
Now I am working on my air compressor. Replacing the pressure control valve. What a pain in the posterior.

The gas grilled steak was good. Still looking forward to the Big Easy tru infrared smoker roaster grill though. Think it's going to be great using smoker chips to flavor grill stuff.

The other day I mixed some italian sausage, hamberger, ham, and pulled pork, with some garlic powder and onion powder to season, heated it up then melted some provolone over it all. It was really good. Was going to put it in a sandwich but never made it to the bread. A couple of tastes and just dumped it in a plate and ate it all.

Just don't understand the tiny home thing. Why not just get a travel trailer or RV?

Friend of mine's sister lived in his parents smaller motor home for more than 4 years I know of. She even had a "home" pad on her own land with water, sewer, and electric hook ups. But was able to unhook and take it when and where she wanted dragging her car behind. When her parents wanted to use the motor home, she would stay at their house and "house sit" while they were gone in the RV.

You getting a bike, getting a bike fixed, or just perving on biker chicks?

We've got a dealership here that is also a restaurant/bar. Guy at work won a really nice custom chopper with matching trailer they raffled off for charity. He sold it after a few months because he lived on an gravel road and didn't want to see it get torn up. Said the fancy paint job got stone chips just leaving his house on it.

Like motorcycles, but can't let myself have one. Can't ride well enough and would end up in the hospital again. My brother had a Harley for a while and wanted me to get one so we could go cruisin together. Had to beg off. Just don't trust myself with anything less than 4 wheels. Like Eastwood says in one of his Dirty Harry movies, "A man's got to know his limitations."

Good Mon.... er Tuesday morning folks.

When I was about 15 or 16 I wanted a motorcycle. Then I rode a few smaller bikes and scared the poo out of me. One of my friends was just super careful and had been riding since he was 10. A moron driving a car still managed to tag him and I bet he still has a limp. He is lucky to still have a leg. I like some steel around me, and I have had more than enough open air driving. I prefer climate controlled cars.

Rode off road bikes for couple of years after college. Broke my leg. After it healed rode my bikes a coulpe more times to prove I wasn't afraid of them, then sold em. When I was laying there with a broken leg wait for the ambulance there were just way too many people that stopped and told me about all the bones they had broken. Decided it just wasn't enough fun to go thru the broken bone thing.
