That will be a good story line for next season.
As well as Rick and Michonne (?) And Andrea deserved getting chomped for taking so damn long with those pliers!

Both of them were stupid with the pliers. She should have kicked them over to Milton, so he could tear his own teeth out before he turned. No teeth, no nom-noms.

Maybe I'm in the minority, but I didn't like it. No closure on the governor storyline, he and his two men are still at large. Why bring more people back to the prison vs taking over Woodbury with its electricity, beds, and running water?
I still love the show, and waiting until October is going to SUCK.

The zombie story line seems to be becoming the background plot vs the primary one. I hope they don't continue that trend, as the post zombie apocalypse plot is the one that I find the most interesting.

One of the main reasons I own DVR. Record, watch at your own convenience, blow through all the commercials. Plus when you do this the story becomes seamless. Very quick paced.

I agree, I thought it started out strong and fizzled pretty quickly.
I was really hoping there would be some closure with the Govenor, and him being able to mow down all those people was lame. Someone would shoot back for sure, they were all armed to the teeth. I will watch the first few episodes, but like Matt said if it doesn't move back towards a zombie related theme, I am done. One of my favorite episodes was when Rick/Michonne/Carl found the guy that saved Rick's life. The creativity it showed with enticing and trapping the zombies was interesting and one of the reasons I like the show. The sticking to the prison storeline is getting vey stale. |

I also would have liked closure with the gov, rather than Andrea & Milton.

Personally I loved this episode and I wasn't expecting "closure" as that would preclude the necessity of watching any more of the show.
Lots of questions left unanswered.....love the suspense. That's what is fun - not know what happens next. Not knowing where the bad guy went to. Who will kill the SOB? And how will he die? Or will he die? And what happens to the rest of the characters? Will they stay at the prison through next season? Or move on? Will they go to Woodbury? Good stuff - and I can easily wait. Time flies anyway. New season of "Mad Men" starts very soon.

FYI: AMC is airing reruns.
I just saw Rick blow away the 2 dOOds who wanted to join the group at the farm. Rick told them "I hear Nebraska is kinda nice". The guy laughs, Rick reads his poker face, and then kapow!

A good start for the new season. According to the discussion on "Talking Dead" following the show the next couple of episodes are going to be wild...

Lots more action, looks like more to come. The dead pig and kid that turned without a bite are an interesting twist, is there a zombie virus?
