I don't seem to remember that preview. Was it on TV or the interwebs?

OK, I have a question, well actually two.
The walkers are dead and you can't drown them so they don't breath. How do they make that screaming sound? And if their hearts don't pump how come all the blood comes squirting out when you lop of their heads. The blood would just pool in their legs or leak out if they had a leg wound. You can be covered in walker blood and not turn into a walker but if they just nibble on you, poof you are a walker too.

It hasn't been explained really well yet on tv, but in one episode, the group goes to the CDC building in Atlanta and meet a man there called Jenner. Not to give too much away, but according to him, everyone is already infected with the virus and when you die, the virus reanimates parts of you brain and the person comes back as a walker. As a walker, you crave live flesh but don't need it to stay around. If you come in contact with the walker blood, unless you get an infection and die, it will not kill you. If you get bit on the other hand, you usually get an infection and die. That is all that really has been explained so far. As stomachmonkey stated, Eugene says he knows what caused the outbreak and how to fix it.

Looks like it was clever editing although I do not remember seeing any scene where the Terminus leader talks to Rick about going to D.C. to cure the plague so that might have been a voiceover to throw everyone off. Look at around 0:45 or so on the video.

Of course, I still think Eugene is going to turn out to be some dude who worked at 7-11 and is lying about the whole thing.

That was Atlanta. She was just south of downtown looking north.

![]() I don't know about Eugene yet either. Abraham believes in him... and best of all it keeps Rosita around.

I'm a Maggie fan myself.
Although for sheer survival benefit you can't beat Michonne.

Well then they're screwed, because the map clearly shows them being in the far Northeast suburbs of Atlanta
![]() Continuity be damned! Took them 4 years to get from downtown to the suburbs, so it will take, what, 100, 200 years to get to D.C?

Watched 2 and 3 last night, holy hell. The next one could be interesting. Why would someone kidnap Beth and take her to a hospital? Because that's what it looked like.
Also interesting, the zombies are taking a backseat to the humans as the primary enemy. I'll be interested to see if they interject any more "good" people characters. |

Ok so my wife's theory is Daryl and Carol followed the car to the hospital and Carol faked an injury to get inside and break Beth out.
Now the question is who is in the bushes that Daryl called out? I think it's Beth and Carol may die in the effort to rescue her. |

On another note...how is that hospital still running on emergency power after all this time? Could they have that much fuel on hand to power the diesel (I presume) generators? Seems a bit of a stretch... Why wouldn't Gorman & the other cops just push Dawn down that elevator shaft and quit putting up with her dictatorial BS? She's a lot like the governor...just not quite as crazy. Looks like it was the hospital, not Terminus, that set up that house as a 'honey pot' to lure potential victims. Beth wasn't picked up at the side of the road as she was told...she was grabbed out of that house when she & Daryl fled the walker attack. I'm glad the group will finally be out of the woods and headed back into Atlanta. A lot of good action took place there in the early episodes. They sure hadn't got very far in several years of wandering around.

All I know is that it was a nice restful episode.. after the trough neck slicing scene on ep1, Bob's BBQ, the terminus execution, this was "relaxing" ;-)
