Man, your turf looks really good! :)

Thanks, these are our 3rd and 4th Boxers, love them.

The turf we installed about 8 years ago. It was a top product back then, but by today's standards it would be considered a midgrade product. It has stood up well with 2 full size boxers during that time but we will likely replace it next spring with a more modern product.

Cheers

Steve, Baxter acted like a puppy till he was 8.

He ran through our cedar fence once to get at some people who a potential threat to my wife. Put his head down and went through.... lol. When I am not home one would sleep on the stair landing over looking the entry way and the other would sleep at the front door. Very property and family protective, but the sweetest dogs once they know you or they off of their own property. So chill off property we walk them with them dragging their leashes behind them.

Looks like they're both brindles, which is what I'd get. I suspect you have a breeder that you like?

This is Fergus, he's my brother in laws dog. We dog sat him for 2 weeks. Very low maintenance dog.

What kind of dog is Fergus? He looks cool and like a dog that doesn't shed, but needs haircuts.

He's a portuguese water dog. He had a haircut 2 weeks before we got him. We had to make sure he didn't get to hot in the hot weather.
This is how he spent most of the day guarding the house

PWDs are cool. The brawnier cousin to a standard poodle (basically a German water dog). Zora is a 59 lb female 8 years old now. Smart, curious, intrusive, athletic, and sweet with the little dogs. She is a joyous animal.

Playing hooky today from work, been unbearably hot and humid last week or so here. This morning slightly cooler, less humid so we're taking a break on the front porch....

One regular brindle and one reverse. Our first girl was a brindle and Baxter is a fawn.

Chloe and Baxter came from one breeder, but we have switched now to a different one for Fred and Finn. A good friend has used this new to us breeder before and he also got a pup from the same litter.

Fun fact, a few months ago, our original breeder had a world record Boxer litter, 16 healthy dogs!

Cheers

So, the darker one is the reverse brindle?

Love all the pups, folks.

That's a beautiful property you have there, Paul.

Made even better by the presence of man's best friend.

Please deploy a hug or twelve from all of us!

We are getting a new roof. Have a dog that thinks he is going to jump up there and get those guys. He also thinks he can catch a helicopter. The guy riding shotgun saw it, they circled back and found it very amusing

When Winkipop was still alive - and while very young (under a year old) - I took her everywhere I went. In order to help socialize her.

In my landscape work I plant plants and in doing so take them out of their plastic containers and toss the containers aside - to be gathered later when done planting.

Well....from that day forward.....Winkipop thought we were playing fetch. Wouldn't leave the damn containers alone! Ended up having to keep her in the truck or at home whenever doing that part of the job.

Sounds like yours has some of the same herding mindset, Tob! :D
