That is a bit out of my budget, but I have friends that make ti bikes, I may call him and see if he's up for it.

It's at a crossroads on keeping or not, it's outdated and the new Cross Bikes are amazing, but I don't race Cross, and it's a gravel and mountain training bike for me anyhow.

With that gearing you'd need to have the legs of a gorilla!

Nevertheless, that bike was created to be ridden by an alien...

Yeah, well I'll bet Kevin Costner could ride it. No problem.

someone told me that Costner could not ride with both hands up across the finish line so they opted for the one hand deal. I think there's a toe strap there on his right foot.

I waited for 3 hours to see that dumb film. This was the only time I cut class in high school.

Mike...I forgot to mention...I paid additionally to have the frame refinished and a fresh set of decals applied as well. The Ti ride is really unmatched and I felt worth the investment. If you can find a Wound Up fork, that would be a nice addition!

I wish I had the BB updated....turns out, this frame has a unique BB that only accepts Phil Wood spindle and press in bearings. Ordered the BB today....the build continues. I have a friend that was interested in my Dura Ace Fuji Roubaix SL so....plan b! Merlin is getting an Ultegra 10spd build that I had on a Scott bike with a cracked headtube, Campy Carbon Record 10 crank square taper, Mavic Open CD 4 rims, db spokes on silky smooth, old skool Shimano 600 hubs. The build continues Tuesday. I had the spindle sent 2day!

Hey more pedestrian topic. This is my daily commute bike. I ride it every day, rain or shine. It needs bar tape.

What would you recommend? The paint is white, decals orange, saddle black, 1982 Peugeot PSV. On there now is a harlequin wrap in orange and black over black vinyl padded tape. It looked way cool when freshly done. Kids called it the Tony The Tiger bike. But it looks sad now.

Hmmm, looks like an obsolete bike sitting unloved in an old coffee shop. Nobody rides those anymore. Would be much better for the owner to invest in a new plastic-fantastic super bike. I'll help you out and give you $100 for it. And not a penny less

And the Retrogrouch Mafia will be fitting you with some custom cement boots

I've got a cracked Campy crank arm and I'm going to make one of these:

Since you can pop a cap with the assend on a bic lighter.....not my idea of a repurpose of a Campy part...."I" would love to find an older engraved Campy tool to make a knife.....

I made a crow bar out of a 911 Torsion Bar.....
