Lately?
Software that fixes one problem but crashes the system and once the system is back up it has 3 other problems.

Dealerships that don't care for their customers. I was at the small independent shop where we have bought most of our vehicles in the past 4 decades and asked about a container of Audi Transfer Fluid on the shelf. Craig, the service/parts guy explained they had a customer come in with his Audi, which had less than 100,000 km, looking for help. His car was acting like the differential was locked when cornering. The Dealership in the city wanted over 10k to replace the differential. One of the mechanics in our local shop did some online research and found an Audi service bulletin describing the problem as stemming from build up on the center differential clutch plates and outlining the procedure for flushing the diff with the fluid under precise conditions. This restores the function of the center differential for around $300.
Since that first incident word has got out about our local guy and the easy fix, so he keeps the specific fluid in stock.

It pisses me off when people describe me as disabled when in actuality, I'm only handicapped. Don't even get me started on "differently abled".

Your gripe is because political correctness in the counseling and psychology community is changing accepted terminology

Smokers!

I started renting a nice large (15x30) storage unit a couple years ago. It even has electric! Great place to keep my bikes as well as work on them.

All that changed when a group of older guys rented the one next to mine for the purpose of re-selling stuff to the public though FBMP ads.

It used to be a peaceful space for me to "get away" and indulge in my motorcycle therapy.

But the worse part is this one guy who is there more often than the others and always has a fag in his mouth. You know how cig smoke is....you just can't escape it when someone is puffing nearby......

Definitely should be a no smoking policy on that whole property. Take some pics of some cig butts and drop them off at the office. Do it incognito if you wish. Just make sure your gas tanks are at an acceptable level as likely provided for in your rental contract.

Right now an ad is popping up on my utube feed for a replacement for a line trimmer head. Two things irk me. One: the stupid ai generated image shows the nylon trimming line appearing to exit the trimming head 90 degrees from the opening provided. Two: the alternative they are hawking involves several lengths of steel cable. Imagine a strand breaking off a steel cable being spun at high speed. How far into your boot or ankle would that penetrate?

The guy in the pic is a Navy vet. I asked him very politely, respectfully, and diplomatically last year when they "moved in" to that unit that the cig smoke was bothersome to the point of a health issue for me.

Of course for most people who smoke in particular as well as many others in general - looking out for someone else's comfort and/or health just isn't a priority.

Maybe a few no smoking signs might help.

I really don't want to instigate any hard feelings and it's not really my nature to "snitch".

Even in an "incognito" fashion, as suggested.

But thanks for the suggestions, Milt. I'm not there every day nor all day long so it could be worse!

You got a nice re-usable piece of furniture - try to donate it - and get turned down.

Windows crashed.
Maybe because I shut down Edge/OneDrive/Hello biometrics. None should have been running in the first place.
On startup Waterfox is a brand new fresh version. All all my apps and hundreds of bookmarks gone.
Search says that happens with new versions or incomplete shutdown.
A Windoz/Firefox bug not Waterfox.

Ok I just need to switch back to old profile per the internet. It is missing. So is the C/users/yourname/AppData folder for digging through recent backup.
Every step of fixing it is broken. Second time I lost a majority of data.

... but skip over and barely mention the most difficult, involved, and tricky procedures.

Paying for "streaming" services and yet still having to suffer through the commercials. If I am paying them to stream, why am I having to watch commercials?

We should have all revolted the first time some streaming service started placing ads, but we didn't and now pandora's box has been opened.

Young males that don't give up their seat for a woman on an overly crowded Disney bus.
I always give my seat to a woman so she doesn't have to stand and it doesn't matter to me if she is elderly or young, I just feel it is the right thing to do.

Pretty simple, you're not paying enough. It's not your fault though. Many have the more costly upgrade. I keep another browser open and when a commercial starts I click over to the other and watch for a minute or whatever it takes. When I click back I may need to back up a little to start where I left.

In fact, since a single user for YT Premium went to $15.99 I quit them. I'll see how that works out as I watch a lot of YT rather than any TV (actually none). If need be, I'll read books. Never had a Kindle but I might just do it.

Things have gone too far. YT is forever ruined, Amazon has commercials for 99% of "free" movies and there is nothing on FB but click bait.

There is also music. I forget about that because I lost interest. I can always spend even more time on forums. You guys can be entertaining.
