It could be.

I owned a 944 that I had to buy, I didn't want it, didn't need it, and never used any of that space to carry anything.

944 owners are WAY worse than any 911 owner I ever met.

I'm deaply hurt Just kidding I think we all have something in common. We all like our cars, the way they handle, drive ect. It just takes 1 idiot to say something stupid to make themselves feel better and it places a black mark on the rest of the group. I love my 44 but I also repect all models in the lineup. I would like to own a 914 someday. I like the simplicity of the design and the less is more aproach. (less weight, less HP = more fun) I would rather drive a Geo Metro fast than have to drive a 996 GT2 slow.

Why can't we all just get along?

Now thats a good idea! If I removed my hatch I can use the 944 to haul feed, hay and water softener salt. I can then sell the Ford pickup and use that money for a 914 How much can a 44 tow?

F*CK 911s!!!!

Sorry....... got caught up in the moment.
I like the fact that you dont see 914s on the road. In Orlando I see one other 914 on the road, at least on my side of town. I see 911s almost as much as I see Camaros. Well not quite as much. To own a newer 911 you have to have alot of money and/or really good credit. I have neither. To own an older 911 you have to have alot of money AND know alot about Porsches. Again......neither. So I will take my 500$ 914 and smile and continue to let it nickle and dime me all the way to a having a nice car when finished.

Plus we are ignoring the people we should be attacking:
CAYENNE OWNERS!!
