engine sensors?

how do these actually come out. i have taken every bolt off and the bellhousing still wont come off and i have not removed the sensors as i cant see how they do . todwic i think u figured this out the hard way right? do they pull straight out? TIA

They get stuck over time. Be carefull but try twisting them a bit to loosen them up.

Once both of the bolts are removed that just slide straight up. But the last two times I have done one they were a bit frozen.

Hell, just take the bell housing off, and the important half comes with em!


TDC and RPM sensors from a Junkyard: $60
The bracket to hold them: $5 xtra
Knowing to pull the sobs before you yank off the bell housing: Priceless

They fit in real tight, try some WD-40 and let it soak for about 20min. Soak em real good.
