I had a genuine picture, fairly large, of the 1982 Cowgirls autographed personally by most of them. My crazy hockey player roommate worked at Texas Stadium then and gave it to me. I think I mentioned I took a tip of an end zone star piece of astro turf back to NV in the trunk of an MG Midget -- another gift which became a souvenier for Texas origin family friends. The Midget was sagging as a result!

No Toes in that pic, for they were all sitting on bleachers. It sat in a box in the rafters of my father's garage till about 11 years ago. Then my younger brother's second wife's daughter was a High School senior and part of a competitive cheerleader team. She was a real hottle and was also working at Hooters in Carson City. Moreover, she was nuts about the Cowgirls.

I dug it out of the rafters, gave it to her. Why not? That is what you do for family right? Now, my brother is on his third wife. The cheerleader was never his blood daughter. It pisses me off these days thinking about how much I could have got for it on ebay, camel toes or not! That fucher is long gone.

You mean you want to chase her, or you just want to get to top asap?

That’s a weird outcropping for sure.
I wonder what the look on her face will be like whenever Paul Bunyan laying down below her wakes up.

Forget about her! What about the look on Matt's face?

My latest work. This is the best of it. Obviously as a beginner I made some bad cuts, wasted some meat, etc. the thing was a bit of a fiasco from the get go because the boar didn’t go down on the kill shot, twice.

One pic is a pork belly and rack of ribs. The other is some tomahawk chops, boneless chops, and a French roast.

my new neighbors are not like my old ones

my neighbor called me over the other night to see what he harvested from the forest and is in the process of dressing out right now. apparently he ages it for a couple days in an ice bath after gutting it, as you see here before he actually dresses it down. this one was taken about 10 miles up the hill from us.

im not in silicon valley no mas... and will likely be sampling bear in the near future.

I’m not a big fan of the fact that we allow bear hunting but I’ve heard that it is truly delicious meat.

I’ve only been aging my pigs for 24 hours. Then I froze it after quartering it. Today was clearly the center section and the best cuts.

im not a huge fan of it either, but different strokes... amazing for what i considered a small bear the size of it's feet and claws. the body was about the size of a large male Rottweiler, much bigger in the hind quarters and legs though. it was the closest ive ever been to a bear and able to touch it and really inspect it closely. quite an amazing creature, that like you id rather know was still alive roaming around in the forest.

the trail cam video i got last december up on my property above the house of a bear seemed to be significantly bigger one. again, this one was gutted already so maybe that took from it's appeared girth.

I think CA issues something like 800 bear tags annually. I get a huge one on my Ring cameras. They frequent my jacuzzi for a bath. It’s starting to get a bit annoying that they destroy my fence and break my sprinkler valves etc.

We have at least one Asiatic black bear in our village, rare in this prefecture. 4 years ago it was sighted by friend Bryon right behind his house. He runs his land cruiser on salad oil so lots of oil in cans full or empty around there which he brings back from restaurants in the city. City officials when they came to investigate and take pics of the tracks said the oil may be a factor.

Also, not long before that hunters let their dogs loose up in the hills in our village which has the highest deer and monkey population in Hyogo prefecture. Above and behind us there is a huge wilderness. The dogs scented a bear and separated it from it's cubs. Later the cubs were sighted and reported. This city just came and took the cubs to who knows where? We don't know. Meanwhile Bryon was having a shower and the breaker went, so in a towel he went behind the house in a towel where he sucks water out of the creek. When he flipped the switch and the pump engaged this bear stood up on hinds about 5 meters away, towel dropped, both ran for their lives, the bear snapping branches off as he ran up the hill.

I was advised by the village chairman 2 years ago to wear a radio if I venture up in the mountains behind the house, so as not to startle the bear by chance, especially when it might have cubs..

We don't want to kill it or eat it. Enough deer around for meat. Mind you, our close hunter friend who is American, like Bryon's best friend has bagged one. He has a bear claw necklace he sometimes wears. He supplies us with pig or deer meat on occasion. Nice to have a bear in the village or more than one!

I’m not one for conspiracy theories but this has my brain buzzing. There’s minimally strategy involved in him announcing it. I’m not convinced he even has it. “Look I’m cured and I didn’t even have symptoms, see it’s not a big deal. Now elect me for President!”

There’s reports coming from attendees at his private fund raiser last night that he seemed unwell. I think it’s real.

I like Tobs idea he posted in parf. This is how he resigns and withdraws from his failed re-election bid. I just hope he recovers so they can lock him up.

I think it's a huge black eye. Look how many people he was around all week, never wearing a mask. And then made fun of Biden in the debate for wearing one.

Yep. I think a bunch more people are gonna pop positive this weekend, possibly even a few senators and a Supreme Court nominee. I predict this will be the end of the Trump presidency at the polls in a month. While something like 80% of republicans support him, over 2/3 of Americans already feel he handled covid poorly. This is his political death knell, regardless of his own health.

Same. I peeped that one thread this morning. I giggled a bit, and left. I was too busy telling facebookers calling for thoughts and prayers that he’s in god’s hands now and will answer for his sins. I may have gotten blocked a bit.
