But with the ignition on, everything not...

But with the ignition on, everything not controlled by the computer eg. Headlights, windows, starter works. It's only things that are Linked through the computer that don't work

The 12V Jack in my car is broken, the connecting wires at the back of it have disconnected. To get behind the 12v jack to fix it, do I have to take the dash off, or go through the glove box?
