The picture is from Speedhunters and I think the car is supposed to be at SEMA this year.

Ken,

my project care came with all the part for the headlights, but some of the wiring had been hacked up so no idea if they will work.

looking at that 997 something again as I realized it has the big round headlights aka 935.

so many things to ponder....

Hi everyone, newbie here, question

Bought (july 2016), it because the price was right for an abandon 930, not knowing it was a "real" factory slantnose, until a good friend that used to work at a Porsche Dealership had someone looked up on the computer.
here are the codes:
I018, I139, I158, I34O, I348, I397, I505, I513, I586, M533, M650

My question is:

I believe my car came with the Reno Radio, but as a read more, there are two types??
Can anyone help me out which is the correct reno radio?

PS.We are almost done with the restoration with the exception of the interior.
I will follow up with more pictures.

Previous owner, in the 90's Had the RUF stickers on the car. I does have few RUFs things like the rims, front bumper , intercooler, RPM gauge, and the manual boost control. No idea how that plays now a days. I

Bob,

Below is the Mazda headlight motor schematic I created based on the Mazda schematic and tracing out the wiring in my car. I wired the car originally when I did the slant conversion using Golden Coachworks supplied wiring harness. I did install some Molex 6 pin connectors at the base of the headlight buckets where the harness passes through. They used a double pole relay for the retract relay to separate the wiring between sides, but that could be substituted for a single pole (30 amp Bosch), which is what I show in the schematic for simplicity.

Anyone ever see an early slant with the stickers?

Doesn't seem to say if the stickers are original.

What year is the car? The turbo graphics were available in '76-'77 -you could also get Martini stripes in 1978- don't remember them on 1979 & later.
