I'm confused, do you need one of the small plastic re circulation valves typically used with a custom inter cooler install?

What is the Bosch part number? I have a bunch of those from 3.3L engines, may have one from a 3.0L in the mix.

Bosch number for the 3.3L is 0.438.120.085
Don't know what it is for the 3.0L but it can be found on the metal tag.

What is #2 in this diagram? The thing sticking out below the fuel distributor.
I've never seen that before.

That's a 75 only part with the solenoid on it like that, that's what they used before the auxiliary air regulator.

Are you sure? It looks that would hit the air filter housing on any 930. Also, how does it add air? Doesn't look like air goes into it or out of it.

Yes, I have that on my 75, it pushes the fuel metering plate down about 1/8" when the solenoid is powered.

The '76 housing has a provision for the solenoid but it is not mounted. My guess is the manual throttle that is next to the e-brake did the job just fine.

Thanks. I have never seen a 1975 930. If you want to post some engine pics, I'm sure there are a lot of people here that would be interested in seeing the technology on such an early 930.
