Another 930 Engine Conversion
This conversion report is a good possibility to introduce myself and my Car.
I drive the car for 14 years it`s black / black with RUF Wheels It`s a 87-er. 930 with 4-Speed Transmission before beginning the conversion was all original. It`s not the first conversion and rebuilding on this Car, but now i start from zero. The Transmission I have revised five years ago and the Suspension 2 years ago. Some pictures of the Car:   My Parts List: Mahle P/C 3.4 7.5:1 964 Cams Intercooler Longneck from Turbokraft Tial Wastegate Headers with heat port size 38mm from Rarly8 Turbocharger K27/29 from Rarly8 Oil feed line from Turbokraft CIS Injector Blocks port size 36mm from Turbokraft Rocker Shaft Set from Turbokraft Rocker Shaft Seal Set from Turbokraft Flyweel Clutch Set from Patrick Motorsport Supertec Head Studs and Engine Seal Kit High Torque Starter D-Zug 935 Style Crankshaft Pulley Zeitronics ZT-II and a long List of Parts from Pelicanparts  The modifications I will describe during the report...

before I had the motor removed I always expand the heat exchangers, Intercooler and airfilter box.
 generally ran the motor without problems with little oil leaks   start with strip down the engine

last change of the Clutch is 45t Miles ago (with about 413 Pound Force on the Crank)

remove all rocker arm and shaft components no oil leak at all
 some wear     remove camshaft from housing

Removing Air Guide Plates / Piston Cylinders /Dilavar Studs
air guide plates
  removing pistons and cylinders     dilavar studs / just 2 off 24 have make some problems (heating the loctite helps) just with 2 nuts an 2 wrench
