Hello! In the last step you wrote "rotate engine one full rotation" - I should just do 360 degree rotation with crankshaft pulley bolt?

In a related note further into the replacement, figure 15 in the how to shows the 2 lower guide bolts exposed, the rear on mine is covered, has a pull cord that will allow some movement, does the tensioner have to come off?

Edit... Answer is the Waterpump friction wheel has to come off for guide bolt removal
